Welcome to the Highlands at Lake Conway… a gated lakefront community of 51 homes. We have a beautiful entranceway, a fountain -refreshed pond surrounded by cypress and magnolia trees and several homes fronting Lake Conway. We have a financially solvent caring HOA, which helps to maintain our property values. We are centrally located to several areas of entertainment (bustling downtown Orlando) , education (University of Central Florida , Valencia Community College and technical colleges ) and shopping ( The Mall at Millenia , Florida Mall and SODO and Hourglass areas ), as well as just 15 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. We have families of all ages, from couples, to those who have small children, teenagers and college students. We are able to see launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Disney World , Universal Studios, and other theme parks are conveniently close.

We are zoned for Pine Castle Elementary School among others, an A+ charter school ( Cornerstone Academy) , and Oak Ridge High school. Advent Health Hospital is just down the road as well as the MD Anderson Cancer Center and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Children.

What is the Difference between ACH and Recurring Payments?

ACH Payments - Made by Greystone on your behalf on the due date and amounts automatically will be adjusted as dues change. ACH form required.

Recurring Payments in CINC - Dates and amounts of the dues will need to be updated yearly by the owner in CINC unless the date is left open-ended.
