The Villages of Parkview is proud to be a peaceful, quiet and serene community, offering a variety of enjoyable amenities to serve homeowners and their families.

At the clubhouse, enjoy a heated swimming pool and spa, regulation-sized tennis court, fitness center, library and small meeting room, and a great room for large gatherings and social events. Additionally, the community offers two more swimming pools and a recently updated childrens’ playground.  Please note that all swimming pools close at dusk, and the clubhouse closes no later than 10pm. 

The Parkview Pointe Homeowners Association is very active in maintaining the quality of life for its homeowners, so specific community standards apply to all.  For community safety and protection, the clubhouse and recreation areas require electronic key access and are protected by 24-hour security, including multiple security cameras as well as manned patrols.

Many Parkview Villagers will be seen taking walks or bike riding on the treed sidewalks and quiet streets that line the canals and natural habitats, where wildlife, such as deer, rabbits, wild turkeys and Florida water birds reside.  Homeowners here enjoy their peace and serenity.
