BEGINNING JANUALRY 2024, BOARD MEETINGS WILL BE HELD HYBRID VIA ZOOM AND WILL TAKE PLACE QUARTERLY OR AS THE BOARD SCHEDULES. SHOULD THE BOARD AND MANAGEMENT SCHEDULE A MEETING DURING QUARTERLY MEETING, A NOTICE WILL BE SENT TO ALL OWNERS AND POSTED AT THE EXIT GATE MESSAGE BOARD.
