1. All recording request must be submitted to the board 48 hours before the Board meeting 
2. Only recording for the board meeting is allowed
3. Recording of the of discussions with homeowners from the floor after the Board meeting has
    ended is not allowed
4. Two party consent is required for any recording
5. Homeowner’s confidential information will not be shared during any meeting being recorded to
    protect their privacy
6. An announcement will be made before every meeting that will be recorded so all parties are
    aware
7. The recording cannot produce distracting sounds, light or emissions
8. The equipment must be assembled and placed in position in advance of the start of the meeting
    after recording notice is made
9. Person’s recording cannot move around the room during the meeting for recording purpose
10. This recording cannot be published on any public platform to protect the privacy of
    homeowners and the HOA Board
